A new perspective (from a 10-year-old)

This past weekend I invited some friends over to see my apartment in the Village before I move to Bushwick, Brooklyn, by July 1. One of the friends is 10 years old, the other is 8. I gave the artistic 10-year-old my camera and asked her to guest-blog for Homebodies, and she did an amazing job! Here's her take on my $5 television, which hasn't been turned on since...what month are we in? (The 8-year-old wasn't interested, and she had more fun playing dress-up with my clip-on earrings.)
